摘    要:分析火力发电厂输煤系统桥式抓斗卸船机存在的振动给料器出力不足、料斗门不易调节、料斗衬板易磨损、大车行走防风能力不足等常见缺陷,提出改进措施,以提高桥式抓斗卸船机的安全可靠性和工作效率。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the usual imperfections from bridge grab bucket type of ship unloader in coal conve- ying system of a coal -fired power plant, such as the lack of output force of vibrated feeder, the hard correction to hopper door, the easy abrasion on hopper scaleboard and the lack of windbreak ability of the unloader traveling gear, etc. , then the paper points out the improvement measure in order to enhance the unloader's safety and reliability and working efficiency.
