| Abstract: | This paper analyze the characteristic of talent training of higher professional education on the market economy, and the request of quality of maritime professional teachers. It is aimed at the basic request and demand of high quality talent by shipping enterprise ning a school by maritime college and tion of course teaching system. at pre pping sent, suggest the model of order-form-training and the model of runenterprise. Finally,this paper research and probe into the construction of course teaching system. |
