| Abstract: | The inventory is property of the enterprise for maintaining the production,including each raw material,packing material,finished products and so on.Raw material and finished products have accounted for the quite great proportion during the past process which causes increasing cost.In supply chain,both insufficient and too much inventory are incorrect,how to manage and control the inventory has been a problem that enterprises urgently need to solve.This article will reveal the question to the readers through research of the inventory management method. |
