玻璃准静态破坏现象隐式和显式组合仿真研究

摘    要:玻璃准静态破坏的研究对汽车风挡玻璃设计及制造、保护司乘人员安全等具有重要意义。目前在玻璃准静态仿真研究中,尚未涉及玻璃破坏过程。提出有限元隐式和显式组合分析方法,以充分利用两种方法在加载阶段和破坏阶段仿真计算各自的优势,实现高效率的玻璃准静态破坏现象仿真分析。使用基于ABAQUS软件的组合分析方法,仿真分析玻璃同轴双环加载试验过程。研究结果表明,与单纯采用隐式方法相比,采用隐式-显式组合分析方法有更好的计算效率和更高的计算精度。

A Mixed Implicit-Explicit Simulation Study on Quasi-Static Failure of Glass

Abstract:The study of glass quasi-static failure is of great significance for the design and manufacturing of automobile windshield glass, and for protecting the safety of drivers and passengers. The failure process has not been studied in the existing research on quasi-static simulation of glass failure. For the simulation of glass quasi-static failure, the mixed implicit-explicit finite element method was applied to take advantage of the two methods in the loading phase and the failure phase respectively. The combined analysis method implemented in ABAQUS analyzed the procedure of glass coaxial double ring test. The research results show that compared with the implicit method, the mixed implicit-explicit method achieves better calculation efficiency and higher accuracy.
