摘    要:交流电气化铁路中,当电力机车不降弓带电通过电分相时可能发生异相短路故障。发生异相短路故障时,传统的馈线保护装置可能动作不正常,使得故障线路不能被及时切除,给铁路运营系统带来了不小的影响。通过Matlab/Simulink建立锚段关节式电分相异相短路模型,分析传统馈线距离保护装置和馈线电流保护装置拒动的原因。

Abstract:Out-of-phase short-circuit fault may occurred when en-energized electric locomotives do not bow down through neutral section in AC electrified railway.Traditional feeder relays may mis-operate in this condition,it makes the fault line can not be resected promptly,and the fault brought huge impact to railway operation system.An out-of-phase short-circuit fault simulation model of overlap-structure neutral section was built in MATLAB/Simulink to analysis reasons why traditional feeder relays cannot protect against out-of-phase short-circuit fault.
