盾构长距离下穿老旧平房的施工技术

摘    要:北京地铁8号线二期盾构长距离下穿老旧平房群施工,在不具备平房拆迁和地面加固的条件下,通过严格落实盾构施工技术管理措施,信息化、精细化管理,有效控制了施工对地层的扰动,基本满足了房屋变形控制指标,对类似下穿施工有一定的借鉴意义。

Technology for Long-distance Shield Construction Crossing Under Old Single-storey Building Complex
Abstract:It was required to cross old single-storey building complex with long-distance shield construction for phase-2 project of Beijing Metro Line 8. With no demolition of the houses and ground reinforcement conditions, disturbance of shielding on the formation was effectively controlled through strict implementation of technical measures and management of shield construction, information technology and sound management. Shield construction basically meets the requirements of the deformation control indexes of houses. The technology can be taken as a guidance for similar projects in construction.
