北京地铁14号线BAS系统LK系列冗余可编程控制器应用

北京地铁十四号线BAS系统采用和利时公司LK冗余系列PLC为核心的分布式I/O控制系统， 主从PLC控制器分别在车站两端，控制器之间通过双光纤自愈环相连，并采用Profibus-DP双网冗余作主干网进行通讯，对本车站所辖区间及车站九大系统设备进行模式和时间表控制、对设备用房和公共区的环控参数进行实时监测以及与FAS主机modbus通讯和消防联动，保证地铁乘客乘车安全以及地铁站内的环境适宜。同时，主从端PLC皆采用一主一备的运行模式，两PLC之间通过底板实现数据的高速同步及主备PLC的切换，从而实现主系统出现故障时快速切换备用系统上，保证BAS系统的稳定运行并提高系统抗干扰能力。

Application of LK series PLC Control System of Building Automation System For Subway Line 14 of BeiJing

The control system composition and control process of the BAS control system of Beijing Subway Line 14 is presented. The redundant control system is realized by using the series of HollySys LK PLC as the core and the master-slave system which are communicated via the optical fiber self-healing ring bus. The mode and schedule control method is designed by using the Profibus-DP dual redundant communication as a backbone network, which guaranteed that the running states of the equipments of the interval and nine systems of station are monitored and processed in real-time. To ensure the subway passengers safe and suitable environment for subway station, fire-fighting linkage between the BAS system and FAS system is implemented based on the communication mode of modbus, moreover, temperature and the concentration of carbon dioxide is detected by some special modules around the subway station. Meanwhile, one run another standby mode of the hot standby running mode is adopted by the BAS system in each side of the subway staion based on the the high speed synchronous mode ,which can assures flexibility, reliability and automatic running of the BAS system when one of the two systems breakdown and another can switching back and forth.
