| 摘 要： | 以道路交通安全常用的五个评价因素即发生事故次数、死亡人数、受伤人数、经济损失和日均死亡人数,构建了道路交通安全评价的指标体系,采用德尔菲法和层次分析法确定评价指标的权重,结合中国2000～2010年的数据对中国道路交通安全进行了模糊综合评价.

| Abstract: | Based on five evaluation factors in the road traffic safety, such as the number of incidents, the number of deaths, the number of injuries, economic losses, and the average daily number of deaths, a road traffic safety evaluation index system is built. Combining with the data from 2000 to 2010, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation on the road traffic safety in China is made by Delphi method and analytic hierarchy process. |
