| Abstract: | In this paper, on the basis of the discuss about the content of highway maintenance modernization (HMM), the evaluating index system of highway maintenance modernization is established by using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), and the meaning and expression of each bottom evaluating index are brought forward. Last, the process and approach to calculate the highway maintenance modernization synthetic index are provided |
