基于运行安全前提的城市排水系统分析

2007年济南市和重庆市的暴雨事件，曾造成重大损失，暴露出了城市排水系统存在的安全问题。该文论述了邯郸城市排水系统运行中存在的污水管道渗漏，污染地下水资源；汛期道路和下穿立交桥下积水影响交通；污水混流污染水体；雨污水漫溢污染环境；超标排放损害排水设施；截流式合流制污水厂初期雨水进水超标，使出水不达标；污水厂的恶臭、噪声、污泥等对周边居民生活环境影响等运行安全问题，并加以分析，提出了解决的措施。
