| 摘 要： | 针对电务外锁闭道岔需要人工在摩擦处加注润滑机油,费时费力,易造成道岔转换故障的问题,通过分析道岔外锁动作原理,研制了道岔外锁机械式自动注油装置;介绍了该装置的结构特点及应用情况,减少了道岔转换故障的发生,降低了人身安全风险.

| Abstract: | Aiming at the problem of adding lubricating oil manually by signalman to frictional position of turnouts,which is time-consuming and laborious and easy to cause turnout's switching failure,a mechanical automatic oil injection device for external-locked turnouts is developed through analyzing the operating principle of external locking of turnouts.The structure feature and application of the device are introduced,which can reduce the occurrence of turnout switching failure and lower personal safety risk. |
