隧道洞渣在铁路新型预制聚氨酯固化道床中的应用

隧道建设中产生大量洞渣,如果都作为弃渣处理,不但花费高昂的处置费用,还会对生态坏境造成破坏,如处置不当,还会造成泥石流等自然灾害。铁路有砟轨道中道床大量采用道砟,但我国铁路明确规定洞渣加工成的道砟不得在客运专线正线上使用。新型预制固化道床是在密实道砟单元块中浇注聚氨酯固化材料,固化材料发泡后填充砟间空隙,并黏结道砟,形成弹性道床块,使洞渣加工成的道砟进行工程应用成为可能,而且道床单元块间的填筑碎石也可采用洞渣。本文通过仿真分析研究固化道床中道砟的受力特性,说明道砟材质对固化道床的性能影响较小,洞渣道砟可作为固化道床的骨料使用,并提出了洞渣的分级选用控制标准。基于洞渣骨料制备的固化道床结构绿色环保,具有广阔的应用前景。

Application of Tunnel Slag in Railway New Prefabricated Polyurethane Solidif ied Ballast Bed

Tunnel construction produces a large amount of tunnel slag.If they are treated as waste slag,it will not only cost a lot of disposal costs,but also cause damage to the ecological environment.If they are not handled properly,the natural disasters such as debris f low will be also caused.Ballast is widely used in ballast track,but it is clearly stipulated by Chinese railway that the ballast made from tunnel slag should not be used on the main line of passenger dedicated line.The new prefabricated solidif ied ballast bed is made of polyurethane solidif ied material poured into the compact ballast unit block.After foaming,the solidif ied material f ills the space between ballasts and binds the ballast to form elastic ballast block,which makes it possible for the ballast processed from the tunnel slag to be used in engineering application,and the f illing gravel between the ballast bed units can also be used of the tunnel slag.In this paper,the ballast mechanical characteristics in solidif ied ballast bed were analyzed by simulation.It is shown that ballast material has little inf luence on the performance of solidif ied ballast bed.The tunnel slag ballast can be used as the aggregate of solidif ied ballast bed.The control standard of grading selection of tunnel slag was put forward.The structure of solidif ied ballast bed based on tunnel slag aggregate is green and environment-friendly,which has broad application prospects.
