钢轨擦伤对动车组动力学性能的影响

摘    要:以一城际高速铁路存在钢轨擦伤的区段为研究对象,对擦伤钢轨的表面状态进行现场测量,并基于SIMPACK动力学分析软件建立该线路运行的某型动车组的整车动力学模型,分析在直线和曲线工况下擦伤模型与无擦伤模型对车辆动力学性能的影响。结果表明:钢轨擦伤对于车辆的平稳性有一定影响,但影响程度较小;钢轨擦伤对安全性的影响与车速有关,当运行速度小于200 km/h时,钢轨擦伤对安全性影响较小;当运行速度大于200 km/h时,钢轨擦伤对安全性影响较大,尤其是轮重减载率和脱轨系数在速度大于200 km/h时会发生超限现象,动车组通过擦伤钢轨时安全性指标波动性较大;钢轨擦伤对动车组的整车磨耗指数影响较大,钢轨擦伤以后会极大地缩短轮轨的使用寿命。

Abstract:A section of intercity high speed railway with rail scratch was taken as research object,and the rail surface conditions were investigated and analyzed in detail.The dynamic model of whole vehicle of a type of EMU was established in SIMPACK dynamics software to analyze the inf luences of scratch model and non-scratch model on vehicle dynamics performances under straight line and curve conditions.The results show that rail scratch has a certain effect on vehicle stability,but the inf luence degree is small.The inf luence of rail scratch on safety is related to vehicle speed.When the running speed is less than 200 km/h,rail scratch has less inf luence on safety.When the running speed is greater than 200 km/h,rail scratch has a greater impact on safety.Especially the wheel load reduction rate and derailment coeff icient will exceed the limits when the speed is greater than 200 km/h,and the safety indexes of the scratch model f luctuate greatly.Rail scratch has a great inf luence on the wear indexes of EMU.After rail scratch,the service life of wheel and rail will be greatly shortened.
