分离式隔震技术在超长结构中的应用

摘    要:针对超长结构隔震设计,提出由滑板支座和橡胶支座组成的分离式隔震技术。滑板支座和橡胶支座分别设置在隔震层的柱墩顶部和基础梁端,将传统隔震支座的竖向承载力和水平刚度有效剥离,可克服传统隔震支座在竖向应力下承受超长结构往复温度效应带来的剪切疲劳和耐久性问题。隔震分析表明:通过合理的隔震层布置,分离式隔震设计可达到上部结构降低一度的技术要求,滑板支座可满足短期及长期面压的承载力要求,隔震层具有良好的抗风能力及自动复位能力。

Application of Separate Seismic Isolation Technology in Super Long Structure

Abstract:In view of the isolation design of super-long structures, a separate isolation bearing technology with slide plate bearings and rubber bearings is proposed. Sliding plate bearings and rubber bearings are located at the top of the pier and the end of the foundation beam of the isolation layer respectively. The vertical bearing capacity and horizontal stiffness of the traditional isolation bearings are effectively peeled off, which can overcome the shear fatigue and durability problems caused by the reciprocating temperature effect of the super-long structure under the vertical stress. Seismic isolation analysis shows that with reasonable isolation layer arrangement, the separate isolation design meets the technical requirement of reducing the upper structure by one degree, the slide plate bearing satisfies the bearing capacity requirements of short-term and long-term surface pressure, and the isolation layer has good wind resistance and automatic reset ability.
