摘    要:为了有效检测轨道短波不平顺,研制了构架式短波不平顺检测系统。该系统基于惯性基准法设计新型的机械部件,利用加速度计和位移计采集数据,并选择合适的电路参数设计模拟滤波器及对应的数字补偿滤波器以完成数据的预处理,然后设计以1个基窗和2个修正窗并联的高通滤波器截取检测范围内的波长,最后通过综合运算合成得到轨道短波不平顺几何参数。在轨检车上应用该系统进行现场复核,结果表明,该系统能够正确反应轨道短波不平顺的实际状况。

Abstract:In order to effectively measure the short wavelength track irregularity a framed inspection system for measuring short wavelength track irregularity was developed.This system adopts the inertial reference method to design new mechanical components collects data with accelerometer and displacement meter and selects appropriate circuit parameters to design analog filter and corresponding digital compensation filter so as to complete data preprocessing.Then a high pass filter with a base window and two correction windows in parallel is designed to intercept the wavelength in the detection range.Finally the geometric parameters of short wavelength track irregularity are obtained by synthetic operation.The on spot test results coincide with those measured by the track inspection car applying this system which indicates that the system can correctly reflect the actual situation of short wavelength track irregularity.
