铁路钢桥面浇注式沥青混凝土保护层材料特性分析

摘    要:针对铁路系统运营特征对钢桥面保护层材料的耐久性等提出的特殊要求,结合正交异性钢桥面板及浇注式沥青混凝土的特性,通过对铁路铺装保护层使用特点分析,开展浇注式沥青混凝土与常用的聚合物水泥混凝土性能对比分析。试验结果表明:浇注式沥青混凝土保护层材料疲劳耐久性、密水性及协调变形能力具有明显优势;与聚合物水泥混凝土相比,疲劳寿命大幅度提升,密水性提高50%。

Characteristic Analysis of Gussasphalt in Railway Steel Bridge Pavement

Abstract:Due to the operational characteristics of railway system, special requirements are put forward for the durability of protective layer materials on railway steel bridge deck. Combined with the characteristics of orthotropic steel bridge deck and Gussasphalt, the applicabilities of protective layer of railway steel bridge pavement are analyzed. The properties of Gussasphalt and polymer modified cement concrete are compared and analyzed. Test results show that, the fatigue durability, water tightness and the ability to coordinate deformation of Gussasphalt in protective layer have obvious advantages. Compared with polymer modified cement concrete, the fatigue performance is greatly improved and the water tightness performance is increased by 50%. The results of this study are important to guide the material design of China's large-span railway steel bridge deck pavement protective layer.
