摘    要:水泥-水玻璃浆液是目前各种注浆加固工程中常见的一种复合浆液。该浆液具有析水率低、凝胶时间可控、浆液凝结后结石率高、结实体抗压强度较高、材料来源丰富等优点,但其黏度一般不易控制,在涌水量较大时易被水冲散。针对该复合浆液的性能开展了室内试验,分析不同类型、不同掺量的促凝剂、减水剂对浆液胶凝时间、黏度、结实体强度等指标的影响,并通过正交试验进行极差分析,同时考虑缓凝剂单因素的影响,确定了3种混合浆液配比方案,可根据工程实际选用。

Abstract:Cement-water glass slurry (CS slurry) is a kind of common composite slurry in various grouting reinforcement projects at present,which has the advantages of low water evolution rate,controllable gelation time,high stone ratio after slurry condensation,high solid compressive strength and abundant material sources,but its viscosity is generally not easy to control,and it is easy to be washed away by water when the inf low is large.The performance of the composite slurry was tested in laboratory,the effect of different types and different content of coagulant accelerators and water reducers on the gelation time,viscosity and solid strength of the slurry was analyzed,the range analysis was carried out by orthogonal experiment,and three composite slurry proportioning schemes were determined by considering the single factor of retarder,which can be selected according to engineering practice.
