5亿t年运量目标下朔黄铁路天窗设置方案的优化

摘    要:朔黄铁路是我国典型的以煤炭运输为主的重载铁路,远期设计年运量达5亿t。为实现远期运能,需在满足远期施工维修需求的前提下,尽量压缩天窗时长以提高行车量。本文通过系统地梳理天窗作业内容、作业效率和开设时长特点3部分内容,提出影响天窗开设次数和开设时长的主要作业为清筛、捣固、换轨等,并推导了天窗开设时长和年运量的关系。以年运量达到5亿t以上和保证维修工作量为基本约束,以天窗的影响总时长最小为目标,建立朔黄铁路天窗设置方案的优化模型,采用遗传算法进行求解。优化后天窗设置方案为春、秋季每周开设5次5 h天窗,夏季每周开设3次4 h天窗,冬季方案不变。优化后天窗设置方案满足朔黄铁路远期5亿t年运量要求。

Abstract:As a typical heavy haul railway in China,the main business of Shuohuang railway is coal transport.The long-term design annual traffic volume of Shuohuang railway is up to 500 million tons.In order to achieve the long-term capacity,it is necessary to compress the length of time window to improve the traffic volume on the premise of meeting the requirement of long-term construction and maintenance.The work contents,operating efficiency and length features of time window were sorted out systematically,and the main influencing factors of the frequency and length of time window were extracted,which involved cleaning,tamping,changing rail and other construction works.The relationship between length of time window and annual traffic volume was derived by mathematical equations.Taking the annual traffic volume of over 500 million tons and the maintenance workload as the basic constraints conditions and the minimal total length of time windows as the goal,the optimization model of the time window setting scheme was established and solved by genetic algorithm.The optimized time window setting scheme is that five five-hour time windows are set every week in spring and autumn,three four-hour time windows are set every week in summer,and the scheme is unchanged in winter.The optimized time window setting scheme meets the 500 million tons requirement of Shuohuang railway long-term capacity.
