摘    要:钢轨伤损危及高速铁路的安全运行。针对高速铁路的轨头核伤,通过设计不同类型的人工伤损,安排不同的检测设备按照不同的速度等级进行检测,以研究对轨头损伤的检出能力。制定了原始数据分析评判标准,进一步运用了逻辑回归数据挖掘和机器学习算法,研究了探伤车对高速铁路轨头核伤的检出能力,并在高速铁路进行了实际验证。研究结果为高速铁路安全评价提出了评估方法和标准建议,并为全路探伤管理改革提供相应的技术支撑。

Abstract:Rail flaw endangers the safe operation of high speed railway.This paper studied the detection capability for the railhead damage of high speed railway by means of designing different types of artificial damages,detecting by different inspection equipments with different speed grades.The evaluation standards of raw data analysis were established,and logistic regression data mining and machine learning algorithms were further used to study the detection capability of rail flaw detection car for railhead damage,which was actually verified in the high speed railway.The research results provide evaluation methods and standard recommendations for safety evaluation of high speed railway,and provide corresponding technical support for the reform ofinspection management.
