摘    要:结合3GPP IMS协议标准、Mission Critical系列协议标准及云计算、人工智能等技术,提出了铁路智能融合调度通信系统。该系统具有强大的业务承载能力,通过固移融合、宽窄融合克服了既有GSM-R窄带系统的带宽限制,实现了语音、视频、数据的富媒体通信;同时能够完成列车位置和人员定位、环境监测、设备维护、岗位管理等智能化工作。

Abstract:By combining 3GPP IMS protocol standard, Mission Critical series protocol standard, cloud computing, artificial intelligenee and other technologies, an integrated intelligent dispatching communication system for railway is proposed. With powerful service bearing capacity, the system overcomes bandwidth limitation of existing narrowband systems of GSM-R and realizes multiple media communication. including voice, video and data through fixed-mobile convergence and wide-narrow-band convergence. Meanwhile, it can also complete some tasks smartly, such as train posit io ning and personnel positioning, env ironmental monitoring, equipment maintenance, post management and so on.
