高速铁路减振无砟轨道关键技术研究

摘    要:在系统总结多条高速铁路环境振动的基础上,建议高速铁路减振无砟轨道自振频率需小于22 Hz;参考既有规范,推荐钢轨最大位移不大于2. 5 mm。采用钢轨最大容许位移和轨道结构自振频率作为减振垫刚度和轨道板厚度的控制指标,给出减振垫刚度和轨道板厚度的取值范围。采用静力、动力有限元方法,分析不同的减振垫铺设方式下轨道结构的力学性能,并结合减振轨道经济性能,选用了条铺的方式。提出中国标准板式减振无砟轨道条铺尺寸、减振垫刚度、轨道板厚度和相应的施工工艺。在国家铁路试验线建立试验段进行现场试验,验证了在减振垫等效刚度保持一致的情况下,条铺和点铺减振性能较为一致,并验证了基于条铺的中国标准板式减振轨道施工工艺具有可靠性,达到了预期减振效果,提高了减振轨道经济性能。

Abstract:Based on the systematic summary of the environmental vibrations of several high speed railways,it is suggested that the natural frequency of the vibration damping ballastless track should be less than 22 Hz.By Reference to the existing specif ication,it is recommended that the maximum allowable displacement of rail is no more than 2.5mm.By using the maximum allowable displacement of rail and natural frequency of the vibration damping track as control indexes,the ranges of damping pad rigidity and track slab thickness were given.The static and dynamic f inite element methods were used to analyze the mechanical properties of track structure with different pavement modes of damping pads.After calculation and analysis,combined with economic performance,it was suggested that the damping pad should be laid with strip pavement mode.The size and rigidity of the damping pad,the thickness of the track slab and the corresponding construction technologies were put forward.The test section was constructed on national railway test line for field test.It was verif ied that under the condition that the equivalent rigidities of damping pads are consistent,the damping properties of the strip pavement mode and the spot pavement mode are consistent.Furthermore,the reliability of the construction technologies of Chinese standard slab-type vibration damping track based on strip pavement was verif ied,the expected vibration damping effect was achieved and the economic performance was enhanced.
