| 摘 要： | 为适应我国物流产业发展要求,推进发展铁路集装箱运输的战略决策,在阐述钢铁企业、铁路物流企业供给侧改革和铁路集装箱市场发展等需求的基础上,从定制成套物流方案、实施全程物流管理体系、定制成套服务管理方案3个方面,构建马钢定制焦铁路集装箱物流管理方式,实现马钢和铁路共赢效益、社会效益和环境效益,有效解决马钢定制焦铁路集装箱物流的瓶颈,实现临涣焦化-马钢定制焦的安全、稳定、高效运行。
