高铁架桥机桥上整体调头关键技术及应用研究

摘    要:为解决高铁架梁过程中架桥机调头作业的施工难题,摆脱施工的不利条件,提高作业效率,在综合分析不同调头方式的特点及影响因素的基础上,重点论述SPJ900架桥机桥上整体调头新技术的实施方案、技术要点和作业流程。针对SPJ900架桥机桥上调头施工作业需求,开发可重复利用的整体调头回转装置,形成完整的整机桥上回转掉头关键技术及工艺流程。此项技术提高了架桥机调头工作效率和作业安全性,降低了施工成本和劳动强度。

Research on Applications and Key Techniques of U-turn of Bridge Girder Erection Machine on High Speed Railway Bridge

Abstract:In order to solve the difficult problem of the u-turn of the bridge girder erection machine on high speed railway, overcome the unfavorable conditions of construction and improve work efficiency, this paper stresses new construction schemes, key technical points and operation procedures based on the comprehensive analysis of the characteristics, influence factors and different u-turn ways of the SPJ900 bridge girder erection machine. Aiming at the bridge construction requirements for SPJ900 bridge girder erection machine, a reusable rotary device for the whole machine is developed, and complete machine rotation key technology and process flow are formed. The technology improves the working efficiency and safety of the bridge erecting machine and reduces construction cost and labor intensity.
