摘 要: | 针对40 t轴重专用铁路制定设计列车荷载图式,研究首先从列车荷载图式和安全储备系数的角度,对重载专用铁路与一般线路的差别进行探讨分析,提出重载专用铁路列车荷载图式的型式以及合理安全储备系数;以现有40 t轴重矿石车为原型,按荷载效应等效的原则将其概化为图式的型式,根据安全储备系数取值建议,将概化图式轴重参数提高10%,形成40 t轴重矿石车列车荷载图式。该图式对于列车的储备在不同跨度范围内较为均衡。同时通过比较荷载效应,掌握图式与国内外现行重载铁路列车荷载图式的差异。

Abstract: | In order to establish the train load model for special railway of 40 t axle load, from the point of view of train load model and safety reserve coefficient, the differences between heavy haul railway and general railway are discussed and analyzed, then the pattern and reasonable safety reserve coefficient of heavy haul special railway load model are put forward. The existed 40 t axle load ore truck is taken as a prototype and transformed to the pattern of the load model according to the principle of equivalent load effect. Then according to the suggestion for valuing reserve coefficient, the axle load parameter is increased by 10% to form the load model of 40 t axle load ore train. The reserve of the load model to train is balanced in different span range. The differences of this load model with the current load models at home and abroad are identified by means of load effect comparison. |
