寒区铁路隧道衬砌电热导流板结构选型研究

摘    要:寒区铁路隧道由于水文地质条件、地形、施工等原因衬砌常出现渗漏水、结冰等病害,威胁列车行驶安全,不断增加工务部门养护维修成本。综合考虑隧道衬砌冻害现状及施工要求,在分析导流板的选型及电热结构选型的基础上,研发出4种电热导流板结构形式。根据各种类型隧道衬砌冻害整治需求各种形式的电热导流板能在设计范围内任意搭配组合,使导流板紧密地贴合在隧道壁上,达到较好的防冻害效果。

Abstract:Because of the hydrogeological conditions,topography and construction,the lining of railway tunnels in cold regions often suffers from diseases including seepage and freezing,which may threaten the safety of train running and increase the cost for maintenance and repair of engineering departments.Considering the present situation of tunnel lining freezing damage and construction requirements,four types of structure for electro-thermal def lectors were developed based on analyzing the type selection of def lector and electro-thermal structure.According to the requirement of freezing damage treatment for various types of tunnel lining,various forms of electro-thermal def lectors can be combined arbitrarily within the design range,which could make the deflectors closely attached to the tunnel wall to achieve better anti-freezing effect.
