铁路高浓度粪便污水处理的工艺设计

摘    要:以某高铁动车段高浓度粪便污水为设计对象,处理规模为610 m^3/d,进水水质COD为3 300 mg/L,氨氮为1 500 mg/L。采用"厌氧氨氧化-MBR处理"的主体处理工艺,主要包括调节池、IC反应器、高负荷曝气池、一沉池、厌氧氨氧化反应器和MBR反应器等。详细介绍了工艺流程、各单元主要处理构筑物的设计参数及设备配置情况,并给出该工艺的处理效果。此外,对工艺的主要经济指标及技术特点进行了分析。所设计的工艺能较好地处理高COD、高氨氮、低碳氮比的粪便废水,确保出水水质达到《污水综合处理排放标准》(GB8978—1996)的二级标准,为后续铁路行业处理同类的污水处理提供参考。

Abstract:The capacity of high concentration of fecal sewage treatment project in an EMU depot is 610 m~3/d. CODcr and NH_3-N in inflow are 3 300 mg/L and 1 500 mg/L respectively. Anammox-MBR treatment process is applied in this design, which includes regulating tank, IC reactor tower, high load aeration tank, primary sedimentation tank, anaerobic ammonia oxidation reactor, MBR reactor and so on. Design parameters of each unit and equipment allocation are described in detail. The process is well adopted to treat the fecal wastewater with high COD, high NH_3-N and low C/N ratio. The effluent after treatment could meet the second grade stipulated in National Sewage Comprehensive Emission Standard(GB 8978—1996). This design provides references for the treatment of high concentration of fecal sewage in the railway industry.
