黏性土地层中盾构隧道开挖面极限支护力理论解

摘    要:基于黏性土地层条件下盾构隧道开挖面模型试验和数值模拟的失稳破坏形态,对常规楔形体模型进行修正,建立棱柱楔形体模型。通过极限平衡法得到考虑土拱效应黏性土层盾构隧道开挖面极限支护力的解析表达式。采用FLAC 3D建立数值计算模型,通过多因素敏感性分析方法,确定开挖面破坏极限状态的支护压力比。将本文解析解与数值分析解、既有理论解以及离心机试验结果进行对比,验证了本文解析解的合理性和适用性。

Abstract:In this study,the common wedge model was revised and a quadrangular wedge model was built based on model test of the shield tunnel working face in clay layer and the failure mode obtained from the numerical simulation.With the limit equilibrium method,the analytical expression of the limit support pressure at shield tunnel working face in clay layer was deduced considering arching effect in clay.A numerical model was built using FLAC 3D .Through multi-factor sensitivity analysis method,the support pressure ratio of the working face at failure limit state was determined.With the comparison of the theoretical result and the numerical simulation,of the existing theoretical solution and the centrifuge test result,the rationality and applicability of the analytical solution was verif ied .
