铁路运煤专线道床脏污率标定试验线的建设及应用

朔黄铁路综合检测车安装了英国Zetica公司的道床检测系统,能够计算出基于欧美标准的道床脏污指数。为确定道床实际脏污率与脏污指数的对应关系,朔黄铁路发展有限责任公司建设了国内首条道床脏污率标定试验线。该标定试验线完全模拟朔黄重载铁路的轨道结构、路基道床结构、道砟级配、道床脏污介质的成分和质量比例。由试验结果得出了道床脏污指数和道床脏污率的对应关系,确定了运煤专线道床脏污分级标准,可用于道床质量普查评定和道床脏污发展规律研究。

Construction and Application of Calibration Test Line for Determination of Ballast Foul Rate on Railway Special Coal Line

Comprehensive inspection train in Shuozhou-Huanghuagang railway installs ballast inspection system fromBritish corporation Zetica which can calculate the ballast foul index based on European and American standards. Inorder to establish the corresponding relationship between the actual foul rate and the foul index of ballast,ShuohuangRailway Development Co. Ltd. has built the first calibration test line of ballast foul rate in China. The calibration test linefully simulates the track structure,roadbed ballast structure,ballast grading,composition and quality ratio of ballastfoul medium of Shuozhou-Huanghuagang heavy haul railway. Based on the test results,the corresponding relationshipbetween the ballast foul index and ballast foul rate was obtained,and the foul classification standard for the special coalline was determined,which can be used for the evaluation of the ballast quality and the research on the ballast fouldevelopment law.
