摘    要:以冷拌树脂沥青混凝土铺装层为研究对象,通过试验研究其在铁路钢桥有砟轨道桥面中的适用性。研究内容包括铺装层耐道砟竖向刺穿疲劳性能和铺装层耐道砟水平向磨耗性能2方面。通过耐道砟竖向刺穿疲劳试验发现,以1. 5倍高速铁路列车轴重循环加载500万次,铺装层未出现明显的局部凸起、磨损、刺穿或破碎现象,状态良好;通过耐道砟水平向磨耗试验发现,在道砟往复摩擦作用下,铺装层与道砟之间的摩擦因数约为1. 06,冷拌树脂沥青混凝土铺装层具有较好的耐道砟水平向磨耗性能。冷拌树脂沥青混凝土铺装层对铁路钢桥有砟轨道桥面具有良好的适用性。

Abstract:Taking the cold mix resin asphalt concrete pavement as a research object,the adaptability of pavement to railway ballast track steel bridge deck was studied by experiment in this paper. The research contents include the vertical puncture fatigue performance and the horizontal wear performance of ballast resistance on pavement.Through the vertical puncture fatigue test of ballast resistance,it is found that the pavement is in good condition without obvious local protrusion,wear,puncture or breakage when the axle load of 1. 5 times high speed railway train is cyclically loaded for 5 million times.Through the horizontal wear test of ballast resistance,it is found that the friction coeff icient between the pavement and ballast is about 1. 06 under the reciprocating friction of ballast. The cold mix resin asphalt concrete pavement has better horizontal wear performance of ballast resistance,and it has good adaptability to railway ballast track steel bridge deck.
