摘 要: | 沪昆高铁朱砂堡隧道不良地质问题及特殊岩土分布较多,特别是岩溶问题较为突出。通过隧道介质物性特点分析和常见物探超前预报方法适宜性对比评价,提出"以地质分析为核心,综合物探与地质分析相结合,洞内外结合,长短预报相结合"的综合预报,建立超前地质预报综合方法体系。对隧道中岩体破碎、富水情况、溶洞等不良地质情况,应用合理的预报方法及工作流程,结合相关的地质参数和物探参数结果,建立综合分析评价体系,对不良地质情况进行综合预报,结合开挖验证预报结果的准确性。通过朱砂堡隧道工程实例表明此预报成功率达到80%,并在开挖过程中未发生坍塌或突水突泥事件,获得良好的预报效果,确保施工安全,取得较好的经济效益。

Abstract: | There are many adverse geological problems and special geotechnical distributions in Zhushabao tunnel of Shanghai-Kunming high-speed railway,especially Karst problems. Based on the analysis of the physical properties of the tunnel media and the evaluation of the suitability of common geophysical prediction methods,a comprehensive method system of advanced geological prediction is proposed,which is characterized by the core of geological analysis,the integration of geophysical analysis and geological analysis,the combination of inner tunnel and outer tunnel and the prediction in short term and long term. Based on the geological conditions of rock mass breakage,water-rich condition and caverns,a comprehensive analysis and evaluation system is established by applying reasonable forecasting method and working flow, and combining the relevant geological and geophysical parameters.Comprehensive prediction of bad geological conditions is carried out,and the accuracy of forecast results is verified by excavation. The example of Zhushabao tunnel project shows that the forecast success rate has reached 80%,no collapse or mud-breaking is encountered in the excavation process,and good forecast result is obtained. Thus,the safety of construction is ensured and good economic benefit is achieved. |
