摘 要: | 新建郑州至阜阳高速铁路周淮特大桥3联(40+56+40) m双线无砟轨道预应力混凝土连续梁采用节段预制胶接拼装法建造,对其结构设计、节段拼装工艺以及结构检算等方面开展了分析研究。研究成果主要有:(1)节段预制拼装梁采用增加跨中和边跨等高段长度的立面布置方案,可以方便施工,节省模板费用,且立面视觉效果较好;(2)创造性的采用一次半联满挂的拼装工艺,研制了可满足于跨度64 m及以下的双线简支梁和跨度不超过80 m的双线连续梁的节段拼装造桥机;(3)提出了预应力混凝土节段预制拼装连续梁结构构造措施、结构检算技术标准、拼装工艺要求等。

Abstract: | Zhouhuai Super Major Bridge 3-(40+56+40) m prestressed concrete continuous bridges of double ballastless track of Zhengzhou-Fuyang High-speed Railway were constructed by precast segments assembling method. The structural design, segmental assembly process and structural checking were analyzed. The research results are as follows:(1) Segmental prefabricated assembling bridges can facilitate construction, save template cost, and make good visual effect by increasing the length of contour section.(2) Creatively using the assembly technology of one-and-a-half full suspension. A segment assembly machine was developed, which can be used for double line simple supported bridge with the span of no more than 64 m and double line continuous bridge with the span of no more than 80 m.(3) The structural measures, technical standards of structural checking and assembling technology requirements of precast and assembling prestressed continuous bridge were put forward. |
