The reform of the train command system involves a variety of interfaces and its construction is difficult to conduct due to its broad influence and complex solution.In the progress of the project,it is necessary to seek special means to reduce the impact of commissioning of the central system so as to ensure the safety,quality,and construction period of the project.A research is made to those measures for the upgrading reform of the system in term of engineering technology,construction scheme,safety and quality,construction organization.Finally,how to enhance the level of specialized management of railway engineering is also discussed.
