摘    要:为研究不同因素对道砟清筛机挖掘阻力的影响程度,采用不同分析方法分析了道砟状态、起道高度、作业走行速度、挖掘链速和挖掘宽度5大主要影响因素与清筛机挖掘阻力的关系。方法一基于分析软件SPSS对清筛机试验数据进行因子分析,得到各影响因素对挖掘阻力的影响权重;方法二对各参数进行蒙特卡洛采样,并基于Sobol法进行全局灵敏度分析,得到各影响因素对挖掘阻力的灵敏度。2种分析方法均得到挖掘阻力的主要影响因素是道砟状态和作业走行速度,其余因素影响程度较小。

Abstract:In order to study the influence of each factor on the digging resistance of the ballast cleaning machine this paper used diffident methods to analyze the relationship between the digging resistance of the ballast cleaning machine and the five main influential factors:ballast state rail lifting height operating speed digging chain speed and digging width.Method 1carried out factor analysis on test data of ballast cleaning machine based on the analysis software SPSS to obtaine the influential weight of each factor on digging resistance.Method 2 carried out the Monte Carlo sampling of each parameter and the global sensitivity analysis based on the Sobol method to obtain the sensitivity of each factor on digging resistance.Both methods show that ballast state and operating speed are the main factors affecting the digging resistance while the other factors have little effect.
