汽车覆盖件弯曲成形时的回弹计算

摘    要:根据汽车覆盖件冲压成形的特点,研究了各向同性和各向异性理想弹塑性宽板在纯弯曲和拉弯成形时考虑中性层内移的变形特点和应力状态,建立了基于上述情况的回弹计算模型。计算结果表明,拉弯成形时的回弹小于纯弯曲时的回弹。

Abstract:According to the forming features of autobody closure panel,the deformation feature and stress state of isotropic or anisotropic perfect elastic/plastic wide sheet during both pure bending and draw-bending are studied with consideration of neutral layer shifting towards the inner surface.Then a calculating model for springback is set up based on above situation.The results of calculation show that the springback for draw-bending is smaller than that for pure bending.
