| 摘 要： | 对保定市降水、径流、等水文水资源因素进行了阐述,对它们的年际年内变化及区域空间变化规律有了进一步的认识。通过区域水资源组成分析了保定市水资源特性。为今后合理开发利用水资源提供可靠依据。

| Abstract: | Hydrology and water resource factors such as precipitation and surface flow were explained. Their year time and the annual inner and space change law were known further. Through the composing of area water resource,water resource characteristic properties of Baoding were analysed which is offering the basis for developing and utilizing the water resource rationally in the future. |
