| 摘 要： | MMB1320B型外圆磨床采用液压驱动和电气控制的方式实现工作台和砂轮架的动作,文中对其电气控制方式加以改造,用PLC软件取代继电器控制系统中大量的中间继电器和时间继电器等以实现液压系统的PLC控制,从而达到节能增效的目的.

| Abstract: | Model MMB1320B cylindrical grinder used the hydraulic pressure and electrical control to drive the working table and grinding wheel shelf. Herein, the method of electrical control was changed and the PLC software replaced plenty of intermediate relay and time relay of previous relay control system to realize the PLC control of this hydraulic system, which would save energy and enhance the efficiency. |
