| 摘 要： | 内河低质量船舶的存在给人命、船货安全和水域环境带来了极大威胁。本文分析了我国低质量船舶的表现形式,剖析了低质量船舶产生的原因,并以此为基础提出了从源头上控制低质量船舶的建议。

| Abstract: | Inland river inferior quality ship existence have extremely threated human life , cargo safety and water area environment . This article analysed the manifestation of the inferior quality ship in our country and the cause that lead to inferior quality ship. And take this as the basis, The author submitted the suggestion controlling inferior quality ship fundamentally. |
