| 摘 要： | 对影响汽车维修企业员工期望薪资的因素进行了调查研究。将状态变量转化成虚拟变量后，运用逐步回归技术进行因素的回归分析。通过计算回归方程的标准回归系数，对各种影响因素进行排序，为企业制定员工培训策略提供理论依据。
