| Abstract: | An advanced circuitry system of computer optimizing is indroduced.Taking the reality into account and analysing the situation of application,the primary technical characters and the appliance future are summed up.The Australia Quantm Optimisation System is fully analyzed.An example about the highway project from Ya'an to Shimian is given to show the especial advantages. |
