摘    要:应用Pm/E建立发动机连杆的三维实体模型,将简化后的模型导入ANSYS软件中,再进行网格划分。施加约束和载荷,建立连杆有限元模型,然后进行连杆有限元分析,得到变形过程中的应力场、应变场的分布。为进行发动机连杆的结构分析建立基础。

Abstract:A three-dimensional entity model of engine connecting rod is established by use of the Pro/E software. The simplified model is transferred into the ANSYS software. The finite element model of connecting rod is established based on grid division with imposed restraint and load. Through finite element analysis, the deformation, stress distribution and strength of the connecting rod are obtained, which is regarded as the base of structure analysis of engine connecting rod.
