| Abstract: | The vocational colleges＇ teaching management teams have low personnel qualifications and low management skills, and the professional structures are irrational too.Moreover, the sponsors of the colleges do not pay enough attention to such situation. Based on the present situation, this paper puts forward the people-oriented opinion to improve vocational colleges＇ teaching management and their teams＇ quality. |
