4102ZQ柴油机连杆的改进研究

摘    要:用有限元法对 410 2ZQ柴油机连杆两种设计方案 (单油孔和双油孔 )的主要部位的应力、连杆大头内孔和小头内孔纵横向的变形进行了对比研究 ;根据VonMises屈服条件对连杆进行了疲劳强度校核。结果表明 ,两种方案均可满足 410 2ZQ柴油机增压的要求 ,双油孔方案优于单油孔方案。

Abstract:In this paper,two plans of connecting rod(single, double oil holes)of 4102ZQ diesel engine produced by CHAO YANG factory are analyzed to satisfy pressurization.The high stress fields of connecting rod and the transverse and length ways deformation of the hole on big end and small end of connecting rod of two plans are contrasted with finite element method.And fatigue strength is proofread with the aid of Von Mises yield condition.The improved rod(double oil hole plan of connecting rod) is perfect at deformation and oil hole connecting rod is better than the connecting rod with single oil hole.
