| 摘 要： | 增强航海类专业学生党建工作的实效性，是航海院校党建工作的迫切需要．由于专业的特点和毕业生工作环境的特殊，影响了学生党建工作的效果；针对当前出现的党员比例偏低、党员教育管理有待加强等现象，提出了建章立制、强化发展、加强管理等增强实效性的对策．

| Abstract: | Enhancing the effectiveness of the Party＇ s building among maritime students is an urgent and pressing task in the Party＇ s building projects of maritime colleges and universities. The characteristics of maritime and the special working environment of graduates affect the effectiveness of the work of the Party＇ s building among students. In view of the current low proportion of students＇ Party members and the insufficient management of the education of the Party members, the efforts of establishing new systems and regulations, strengthening the development, improving the management, and adopting other measures of increasing the effectiveness of the Party＇ s building need to be intensified. |
