摘    要:主要介绍了基于PXI的交流测功机系统的开发,设计了整个系统的硬件,对电机及控制器、油门执行器、转速扭矩测量设备进行了选型,并通过PXI硬件平台对各设备进行通讯和控制;采用快速控制原型方法进行软件开发,基于LabVIEW进行上位机界面设计。试验表明,在发动机起动、恒转速控制以及恒扭矩控制3种情况下,系统控制效果良好,响应较快较平稳,为之后的动态控制奠定了基础。

Abstract:The technology of AC Dynamometer has not developed yet in China.This paper mainly introduces the development of the AC dynamometer system based on PXI.The system solution is designed,the AC motor,throttle actuator,speed and torque measurement devices are selected,and DAQ and communication interface are used through PXI to communicate with and control each devices,while the rapid control prototyping(RCP) method is used for software development of the system,LabVIEW is used to develop the host computer interface.It proves that the improved efficiency and the good control effect of 3 control modes of system(engine starting,constant speed control and constant torque control) through experiments.
