摘    要:高职与本科贯通培养是构建现代职业教育体系的重要突破,打通了高职院校学生学历提升的通道。但其在执行中存在人才培养方案不系统,转段考试不科学,不能有效发挥两种院校优势等问题。针对分段衔接的问题,可设计出"2+3""2+2+1""2+2""4+0"等多种分段衔接模式,每种模式均有自身的优缺点。

Abstract:Higher vocational and undergraduate connected training is an important breakthrough in the construction of modern vocational education system,which opens up the channel for higher vocational college students to improve their academic qualifications.However,there are also some problems in the implementation,such as the personnel training program is not systematic,the transition examination is not scientific,and can not effectively play the advantages of the two colleges and universities.According to the problems of segment connection,we can design various modes,such as"2+3","2+2+1","2+2","4+0".Each mode has its own advantages and disadvantages.
