The Travel Time and Distance between Large Exhibition Venue and Airport in Urban China

Through analysis of on-line traffic data and test of theoretical hypotheses towards the large exhibition venues in the cities with civil airports in China's Mainland,which have indoor exhibition space of 50,000 square meters or more,the test results are demonstrated as follows:(1)The distance as crow flies between the two places is 22 kilometers on average.(2)The mean time from venue to airport or Vise versa by special vehicles and by large public transport are 36 minutes and 90 minutes respectively.(3)The higher the city's GDP,or the bigger the resident population,or the monthly salary of employees,the shorter the time by public transportation.However,the time and distance as crow flies by special vehicles are not obviously different between cities.(4)The venue size has no impact on the travel time and distance between the large exhibition venue and the city airport.At the end of the article,management and theoretical research suggestions are put forward.
