| 摘 要： | 铁路枢纽站信息诱导系统服务质量与旅客集散换乘效率密切相关。本文从规范性、实时性、连续性、美观性和无障碍设计等方面构建相关评价指标体系,并基于评价指标的模糊因素,采用灰色聚类分析法建立铁路枢纽站旅客离站信息诱导系统服务水平评价模型。实例应用表明,该系统评价模型得出的结果较合理、客观,对决策管理具有参考价值。

| Abstract: | The service quality of information induction system of railway hub station is directly related to the passenger distribution and transfer efficiency.Relevant evaluation index system including standardization,timeliness,continuity,aesthetics and barrier-free design was constructed.Based on the fuzzy factors of evaluation indexes,the grey clustering analysis method is used to establish the evaluation model of passenger departure information induction system in railway station.The application of the example shows that the results obtained by the system evaluation model are more reasonable and objective,and have reference value for decision management. |
