| Abstract: | Based on the theory of Co-integration and granger causal relationship, this paper tests the Co-integration and granger causal relationship between transportation and the national
economy. The results shows that there is a long term equilibrium between freight traffic and GDP., and transportation can spur on the development of the national economy.
