树脂合成轨枕强度分析

摘    要:基于有限单元法,依据轨枕实际受力情况建立有限元模型,对钢桁梁明桥面上设计铺设的以玻璃纤维与树脂为主要材料的合成轨枕强度进行分析,主要对合成轨枕的横向强度、纵向强度和合成轨枕材料对螺纹道钉的抗拔强度随合成轨枕尺寸变化的规律进行分析,研究结果表明:在合理尺寸范围内,合成轨枕尺寸的变化对其横向强度与纵向强度各方向的应力影响较小;合成轨枕的横向强度与纵向强度能满足规范要求。对合成轨枕纵向强度分析得出,合成轨枕沿玻璃纤维方向的强度预留不足,建议提高合成轨枕沿玻璃纤维方向强度。对合成轨枕抗拔强度分析得出,在合理尺寸范围内,随合成轨枕宽度增加,垂直方向螺纹平均拉应力随之减小,但减小率较小;随厚度增加,轨枕纵向最大拉应力整体为递减趋势;随着合成轨枕尺寸变化,其他各方向的应力变化不明显;合成轨枕能满抗拔强度的要求。

Strength Analysis of Resin Synthesis Sleeper

Abstract:Based on the theory of finite element,the strength of the synthesis sleeper,which is mainly consisted of glass fiber and resin to be paved on the deck of the steel truss bridge,is analyzed. The analysis focuses on the changing of the laws governing the transverse tensile strength,longitudinal strength of the synthesis,and the material of the synthesis against the pull strength of the spike. The results have shown that in the range of reasonable size,the changing of synthesis sleeper rules has little effect on the transverse tensile strength and the longitudinal strength; the transverse tensile strength and the longitudinal strength of the sleeper can meet the specification requirements. The analysis of the sleeper longitudinal strength shows that the reserve strength along the glass fiber direction of the sleeper is not enough,and the strength along the glass fiber direction of the sleeper should be improved. The analysis of the pull strength of the sleeper indicates that the vertical average tensile stress of the sleeper screw thread decreases with the increase of the sleeper width in the range of reasonable size,but the decrease rate is small. With the increase of the sleeper thickness,the maximum longitudinal tensile stress of the sleeper tends to decease. With the changing of synthesis sleeper dimensions,the changing of stress in other directions is not obvious. The sleeper can meet the requirements for the pull strength of the synthesis sleeper.
