| Abstract: | Based on the typical cases,this paper analyses the crew's comprehension and application of the relevant clauses of the international regulations for preventing collisions,the influences of environmental factors and crew's quality upon the safe fog navigation.Then some countermeasures to reduce fog navigation accidents are put forward. |
